CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

The Chamber of Commerce was started in 1930 under the name of Carrizo Springs Chamber of Commerce.  In the year of 1965 the  name of the Chamber was changed to the Dimmit County Chamber of Commerce.  The Chamber takes pride in representing the towns of Asherton, Big Wells, Catarina and Carrizo Springs and our office is located in Carrizo Springs, the county seat of Dimmit.   

Many volunteers from the represented towns have taken part of being Officers and Board of Directors over the many years of our existence.  The Chamber doors have been kept open for the welfare of this community with the support of memberships and fundraiser.  

The Brush Country Days Festival was developed some eighteen years ago as an annual fundraiser for the Chamber.  The event has been very beneficial for the Chamber and we appreciate the support of our Sponsors, Members, Officers, Board of Directors and Volunteers of the community to help this festival be successful.

This website today is made possible by the support of our Chamber memberships for the enjoyment, informational needs to you the "Welcome" visitors from all over the world.  We hope you will visit our website again and visit our "Wintergarden Paradise" area for outdoor fun around the clock in the near future.
