RULES AND REGULATIONS

• Prepare your best homemade salsa at home and bring to the fairgrounds

• Entry must be turned in by 3:30 P.M. Saturday

• Salsa will be judged for (1) Taste (2) Appearance (3) Presentation

• Judging will begin at 3:45 P.M.

• Top three winners will be awarded with plaques and prize money

• Contestants will be responsible for collecting their items after contest
